Kidblog

I found out about the blogging site called Kidblog. It seems teacher and student friendly. Also it seems easy to set up and use. The teacher has complete control over what students are posting and can see all blogs. I think this would be a great blog tool for my classroom. I have learning support students and this would be a great writing tool. I think my students would enjoy blogging to each other and blogging on educational topics that I post. I can't wait to use it!!

    I used a projector to model for my students how to set up and use kidblog. They followed along on their computers step by step. I also modeled a few blogs and responses.

    I'm not sure what grade level LS kids you have, but you can get great blog posts from various writing prompts - say videos or crazy pictures, etc.
