Another day full of new things. Michelle was right, Diigo is great. I worried about downloading one more thing, but we were assured that we would love the new tool. It was easy to navigate Diigo and I quickly imported from Delicious. Now to make the best of it. I am excited to take this back to my staff and share possibilties. I also love Pics4Learning and Spell with flickr. Can't wait to share!
I held out against Diigo for a few months. It wasn't until I installed it and joined a group and discovered a page with notes left by that group that I changed my mind about the tool completely. I think it's a MUST-HAVE for any school that's 1:to:1.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget to check out the Diigolet - a toolbar replacement if you can't install the toolbar (because it requires admin access)
I love helping folks get started with Diigo. It is such a huge time saver. Having an educational version is bonus. Teachers need tools that help them save time!
